Lee`s Kitchen Incorporated in Franklin

First time to try Lee's and it was my last! They screwed up my order, so I went back to them with it. The lady behind the counter tells me it's my fault and then starts yelling at me! Who does that? OMG! Zero customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Great food at a great price, try out the beef fried rice it's just too good

Yummy and very clean tasting. This is the only place that doesn't drown their food in frying oil. Everything is amazing here. Costs a little bit more but its sooo worth it.

Good food and tasty. Two things I do not care for is their crab rangoon which I don't taste any crab & they have green stuff in them which may be spinach. Also, I find their lo mein rather dry.

This is the worst restraunts I that you could go to in franklin, if you can call it a restraunt. Delivery came in after 1 hour later and they said it was my fault. On a scale from 1 to 10 1 being lowest I give it -1. Do not recommend getting food here unless your feeding animals or pets

Just to make this clear, this review has nothing to do with service or any issues with food (per say), but what I saw today while driving. I saw a "Lee's Kitchen" pickup truck leaving Restaurant Depot in Milford and in the back of the truck (bed) was meat, not in any kind of storage, just wrapped in plastic, but still out in the open air. I am no food storage expert, but I am pretty sure that meat should be kept in cool storage when being transported, especially since it was about 54° outside when I saw this.

Love this place The only place that I’ll go close to homeI pick up my order on my way home from work and in the 10 minute drive home the Scallion pancakes are gone “yummy!”The Women .....and men that work there are very nice....thank you Ladies!!I just wish they would deliver to Blackstone so I buy a good amount for 2 days to get my fill 😜

The best food in the franklin area I have been coming here for ten or so years the owners are amazing. My children are incredibly picky but they love plain noodles this is the place that ever gets our orders right and never makes me feel bad for being difficult. Definitely give it a try you wont be disappointed!

14 bucks and change for a beef and broccoli with rice served in 2 point containers. With that same amount of money, I could have gotten a big more food anywhere else.

My first and last time ordering from this place. I placed my order and the order was completely wrong. I called to let them know about the wrong order and the little girl at the front desk had the nerve to argue with me before the manager came on the line. Horrible customer service. Be careful when ordering from this place!!!

When in Franklin I always go to Lee's. They have the best Singapore Rice Noodles (no curry) around. And I have been to plenty of Chinese Restaurants. Try the chicken wonton soup with big chunks of white meat chicken.

Stopped by after a long day at work. Gotca pupu platter for one, some dumplings and a small white rice. It came to 21.00 I picked up my order and had a great chat with the people who worked there. The food is consistently excellent whether you pick it up or have it delivered.

Moving to franklin from boston it has been hard to find a good chinese place. Happened upon this place by accident and figured why not. Did not expect the level of freshness and care that went into my food. From the outside you would not expect to get such delicious food definitely my go to chinese from now on! Give it a try, you wont be sorry!!

This food was literally so bad I went out of my way to make a google account just so I could vent. Chinese food is usually pretty decent no matter where you get is. My general sao’s was yellowish and like watery?? The rice looked liked it came from one of those boil in a bag Rice’s you get at a supermarket. It literally all tasted like wet cardboard (not that I’ve ever been privy to gnaw on cardboard of the moist variety but one can only imagine) OH and it was cold. 22$ for the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life and BOY have I had some Chinese food in my day. Sad, disappointing and honestly plain childish to do this bad of a job making a very well known basic meal. I finished the entire thing because damn right I did, I spent hard in money on this steaming garbage but I hated every second of it. Felt like I was on fear factor trying to get the whole thing down. Just do better man

Nothing worth going even a mile out of the way for, I'd prefer McDonald's over this dump. The rice tastes like it's a year old, beef is ehh and the bone in ribs have barley any rib. Just bone. Mabey drive a min down the road to papa Gino's and eat there instead. Not happy lee.

My lo mein was over cooked and the chicken fingers were a little to crispy and hard to eat. I wasn't pleased with the quality and dont imagine I will be back.

I have legit consumed human poop. This is the worst place ever. I beg of you do not go there. The food is cold and tastes as if a dog threw up tinfoil. Do not go here if you want to be alive

The food was good and got my order done fast than I expected

We have been frequenting Lee's for about 6 months now and are resolved: this is our go-to Chinese food place! Now, I was never ever a fan of egg rolls and guess who can't get enough of them now? Spoiler alert: it's me. Their teriyaki (both beef and chicken) are absolutely delicious, the pan fried noodles are never oily, and the lettuce wraps are to die for! Lee's has a good system in place for the New Year's Eve rush and the crowd in there this past year was a testament to the quality of their food. The employees are friendly, welcoming, and just plain wonderful to chat with, whether you're getting delivery or picking up yourself. Awesome place, awesome people!

Average American Chinese food that's done okay. Nothing offensive, but nothing to go out of your way for. Great in a pinch with reasonable prices and fast service

Hot and ready food, friendly and good service. Average prices for food and depends on what you order. Quick service for a pick up for me with 4 dishes.

Food is fast. Never great. Never horrible. A little pricey for what it is but they are one of the few places that delivers in the area.
